Just noticed that my UPR Maximum Bump Steer kit only comes with one set (2) locking nuts. Don't I need another set so I can lock both ends of the adjusting sleeves? Where can I can the nuts from? Are they both regular threads or is one reversed? Thanks

I would just call UPR and ask them to send you the missing nuts. Most places are good about that kind of stuff.
