I didn't realize this was a "back in the day" thread. I was under the assumption that it was current cars.

Years ago I drove a buddies Jerico 4 speed, 469" big block powered GTO well into the 9's....does that count too?

When Eric's 27,983 RWHP Notch hits the track, then he can add his. LOL And as for Todd, don't you have to go to the track to get a timeslip? (sorry Todd!)

HAHA I have slips but not to sure about running it this year. Its now a 436 waiting on the pistons from Diamond. No telling what the new motor will run but it should make more power due to the head gaskets not sealing on it before.

No worries new convertor will get me bottom 9's. Went 9.55 at only 139 with the existing unit so we will see.

So Todd what was the problem? One or two big things or was it a bunch of small stuff?
